Kiwanis K-Kids Young Leaders Helping Others
Jordan Hill K-Kids continue to take an active role as school leaders. We are keeping up with our recycling effort by visiting classrooms every Wednesday and Friday to collect all our recyclable materials. We would like to remind everyone that we are still collecting pop tabs from aluminum cans. Please send these to school with your child. Not only do these come on soda cans, but check soup, vegetable and fruit cans. We would like to have more pop tabs than any other school in Spalding County. Remember, that these go to the Ronald McDonald House, a home away from home for families of children who have extended hospital stays.
K-Kids are also assisting with Relay for Life by selling and delivering Reindeer-Grams and Heart-Grams. Our members stand ready to serve Jordan Hill Elementary when visitors arrive or passing out programs with PTO. Our goal is serving others and fulfilling leadership roles. Look for us in the bright blue shirts.
