My name is Barbara Toborg, and I am the Academic/Instructional Coach here at Jordan Hill. This is my 6th year at Jordan Hill and starting my 14th year in education within Spalding County. I serve as an instructional liaison for teachers, students, and administration. My role is to improve student achievement through building teacher capacity in a variety of ways. I am usually seen collaborating with teachers, modeling instructional strategies in classrooms, analyzing student achievement data, delivering professional learning that impacts student learning and cohesively plan with the administrative staff to ensure student success. I also serve as our school's Communications Ambassador. In this role, I am in charge of keeping our school website and social media platforms up to date with the exciting happenings at JHE.
