I am honored to serve as the Instructional Coach at Jordan Hill Elementary School. I am passionate about supporting teachers, strengthening instruction, and helping create meaningful learning experiences for every student.

In my role as an instructional coach, I partner with teachers through classroom coaching, modeling, collaborative planning, data analysis, and professional learning. I enjoy working alongside teachers to identify strengths, develop areas for growth, and find practical instructional strategies that meet the diverse needs of their students. One of my favorite parts of coaching is building relationships with teachers, celebrating their successes, and helping them feel confident and supported in the classroom.

I believe the best coaching relationships are built on trust, collaboration, and a shared commitment to continuous growth. My goal is to be a resource, encourager, and thought partner for the amazing teachers I serve while helping foster a school culture where everyone feels valued and empowered to grow.
