Jordan Hill Elementary - English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) Program

Jordan Hill’s ESOL program provides additional support for students whose first language is NOT English. The purpose/goal of the program is to offer English Language Learners an opportunity to achieve English proficiency. Also, the ESOL program is designed to develop and strengthen the students’ understanding of speaking, reading, and writing of academic English. All English Language Learners that participate in the ESOL program can expect to receive ALL necessary language skills to become proficient in English.
